My ideal client is a founder who is scaling a business and watching an exit come into view in the next few years. You want to arrive ready, on the numbers and in yourself. Some founders call earlier than that. Some call from the middle of the process, when the weight shows up. The work runs all the way through the sale and past it.

We meet one on one, at a rhythm that fits where you are. Early preparation runs at a different pace than diligence season. Between calls you have a direct line to me. The agenda is yours: the preparation the business needs, the conversations you're rehearsing at home and at the office, the offers when they come, the diligence months, and the landing on the other side.

I don't run deals and I'm not your banker. Your sell-side advisor runs the process. I work beside that team, on the founder.

The list stays small on purpose, so every engagement gets the attention a sale deserves. We work until you're standing on solid ground on the other side. Engagements are supposed to end.
